I got my Bachelor degree in Psychology with First-Class Honor from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and then worked as Research Assistant for 2 years, during which I also worked for CHR Recruitment and Allocation Department of Huawei Technology Ltd. as part-time intern for 2 years. In my full-time RA job, I accumulated rich experience of research and data analysis skills, while in my part-time job for Huawei, I got first-hand experience of HR industry and operation where I was involved in projects of interviewer training and scale development. Now I am an MPhil student of I/O Psychology in CUHK and meanwhile working part-time for CAL Talent.
