-Specialize in developing image processing algorithm for Solar Cell (Crystalline and Back Contact Type). -Specialize in using parallel programming (multi threading, asynchronous programming) to increase image processing speed and machine UPH. -Specialize in developing communication protocol between machines. -Develop AOI system for solar cells inspection system such as camera, optic system and lighting system. -Study and perform R&D of creating better image quality for solar cell inspection of line scan camera system. -Develop main software GUI, architecture, coding structure of AOI machine inspection software. -Prepare machine parts ordering, BOM list, Gantt chart and make sure projects and machine can be deliver by date. -Study and analyze machine buy off method by using Minitab quality measurement such as attribute agreement analysis and others. -To travel oversea for AOI and automation machine setup, service ,upgrade and communicate with customer.

-Responsible for software functionality and usability validation for audio/video entertainment products in design and pre-production phase. -Conduct software standard test procedures and design new test cases for audio entertainment products such as Home Theatre System, Component Amplifier System, Blu-ray Home Cinema System, audio network product with internet music/video services, MP3 Network Walkman, Wireless Bluetooth Accessories and etc. -Conduct varies interoperability/connectivity test for audio product under test. -Evaluate and validate software related product specification and compliance standards. -Test report and test cases documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work closely with the engineer. - Understand theories of process and machines. - Perform more complex calibration and perform evaluation to ensure the conformance to material and machine specification. - Provide real time yield analysis and upstream feedback for corrective action. - Abide by the house-keeping, discipline, proper clean-room practices, and safety set-forth by the organization. - Controlling usage of engineering tools. - Give support to other department to do some analysis when is needed. - Develop program to analyze the tester performance and variation using Visual Basic. - Develop program for other process department follow by others engineers requirement. EXPERIENCES GAINED: - Experience in using VB 6.0 to develop program to monitor the machine performance and process yield - Experience in developing program to monitor status inside the manufacturing line. - Experience in using the Microsoft office tools such as power point, excel and words. - Experience in using the excel macro. - Experience in using FMEA and other QC tools to troubleshoot problems. - Experience in using Q-hiyari format to present process improvement. - Attended 7 Habits for Highly Effective People. - Develop interface to access the oracle database system and improve the process tracing ability. - Setup new product test specification and verify the quality. - Member of Q-hiyari transformation team and Provide new engineering tool to improve the process.
