Music has always been more than just a passion for me—it’s been a lens through which I’ve experienced the world. Growing up in various places like Mongolia, Beijing, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and the United States, I was exposed to a rich tapestry of cultures, each with its unique rhythm and sound. These experiences not only broadened my musical tastes but also taught me to appreciate the nuances of different perspectives, fostering adaptability, creativity, and a deep curiosity for how things work.My journey from a music enthusiast to a business analytics professional might seem unconventional, but it’s rooted in the same desire to understand patterns and connect dots. Whether it's analyzing data to optimize supply chains or using insights to drive strategic decisions, I approach business challenges with the same analytical mindset I once applied to decoding complex musical compositions.While I obtained my bachelor’s in supply chain and information systems management from Penn State University, my passion for music also led me to explore the local music scene. That’s where I identified that there is a big gap between emerging artists and popular music streaming platform as well as music production, engineering and marketing campaign. To address the gap, I co - founded JYN Productions LLC, a music production company. As a part owner and the logistics manager, I found myself combining my love for music with my analytical skills, overseeing artist development and strategic business planning. Through this work, I discovered a deep interest in the intersection of creativity and business, particularly in how data-driven insights can optimize processes and drive growth.I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) at Carnegie Mellon University. My academic journey has been complemented by hands-on experience as a business and supply chain, where I worked with real clients from various industries. These roles sharpened my skills in data management, business administration, and strategic planning.Proficient in Python, Tableau, Gephi, VBA, Excel, Access, SQL, and more, I’m ready to bring my diverse background and skills to a role in business analytics, data analysis, or supply chain analysis.
