Cancer therapy Target validation and CRISPR Gene Editing Platform EstablishmentPfizer-WuXi Targets Validation and Gene Editing Collaboration FTE· Set up CRISPaint, Base Editing and Safe Harbor engineering platform based on CRISPR/Cas9 technique for further study of tumorigenesis and screening potential cancer targets inhibitors. · Successfully Edit/Tag several loci and genes of interest in mammalian cell lines for target validation and CRISPR screening. · Validate multiple cancer therapy targets by constructing stable knock-out cell lines by using inducible/stable expression CRISPR/Cas9 systems and investigate gene functional essentiality to cancer cell growth. · Apply different cell biology, molecular biology, CRISPR/Cas9 system and biochemical techniques to validate cancer therapy targets. Search, evaluate, execute, data analyses and troubleshoot experiments required for project. · Timely and critically review the latest papers in the field and support internal discussion within the team. · Approved by customer to record, sign and witness experiment records for the team. The team was established at Jan.2018 and recognized by the customer at Oct.2018 for good performance and contribution in the collaboration.
