1. 【Project Management】 Establish sub-brand “Club Med Joyview” Human Resource Management system. Management on structural matters related to Club Med Joyview HRIS system. Support to GC opened and opening village(Beidahu & Anji) on policies and procedures, communication, expatriates management, administration and recruitment. Coach and guide pre-opening projects in execution of recruitment & staff on-boarding to local HR.2. 【HR Operation】 Ensure that all the necessary documentation required by local country labour laws is in place; i.e. compliant labour contracts, compliant policies and procedures.  Manages and monitors project or program schedules, process and HR cost to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget.
