Yang Pu is the CTO at CLC-DATA since 2015, a real-time data cloud platform startup enterprise in China, there are multiple industry and IOT applications have been built and run on the platform including DCIM, power system monitoring, energy management, cable management, solar generation monitoring, smart cooling, smart rack and robot remote control. With 13 patents for invention, Pu wants to construct a cloud based real-time Industry Operating System to accelerate the development and deployment of IOT applications.Prior to this, Pu had working for Emerson Network Power for over 13 years, he was leader of SiteWeb project which has been used to monitor over 250,000 telecom sites around the world. After that, Pu was dedicated to DCIM as an architect, development manager and product manager. He had long experience to work in global team as architect and designer, and was the editor of China DCIM white paper. Besides architecture and product management, Pu is a full-stack developer, he code everyday and is the main contributor of CLC foundation framework. He was Microsoft technology expert before, but turned into node.js and javascript camp now. He believes any application that can be written in javascript, will eventually be written in javascript. He runs javascript on embedded hardware, edge gateway, cloud platform, web application and mobile APP.Pu has a Master’s degree in electrical automation. Now he lives in Shenzhen, China (30 minutes road to Hongkong) with his wife, and in his spare time enjoys stay with his 6 month boy, regularly play soccer at weekend and sometimes Wining 11 TV game.
