制定集团的技术规划，产出C端和D端的技术方案。有较强的团队组建能力和业务支撑能力：从零开始组建成型 60-70 人的技术团队， 负责全集团公司 5 条重点业务的技术交付工作， 包括大前端业务团队和中后台团队的技术管理工作；主导公司技术发展并在集团落地的能力：1， 完成公司前端技术转型，完成近百个前端项目从 jQuery 转向 React、 VUE 的技术架构升级；2， 主导集团公司移动端（iOS、 Android） 与前端技术的融合，完成 Hybrid/RN 技术落地工作，建立完整的 Hybrid 热发布流程， 并成为全集团公司所有 App 的基础技术， 应用于 丁香医生 App、 丁香园 App， 丁香妈妈 App，用药助手 App 等；提升整体团队工程效率的能力：1， 主导符合丁香园特点的自动化工具 Jarvis，集打包，发布，信息通知一整套全流程的自动化工具。2， 前后端协作沟通平台，我们自研 API Mocker 工具，集成前后端的信息交互机制和 API 文档，打通了研发中最耗时的沟通环节，提升研发效率 30%，现已贡献到开源社区。项目管理经验： 从 0-1 主导公司重点项目的开发交付工作， 包括： 丁香医生问诊项目， 丁香园疫情地图项目（全网 PV 达 60 亿） 等的开发和交付工作， 主要工作内容包括如下：1， 前期制定团队的技术选型， 设定清晰的目标和可执行的交付计划； 2， 中期的不同团队的沟通， 与产品， 业务， 以及不同技术团队的持续沟通， 明确角色； 3， 后期的风险管理和发布上线， 定期审查并且重点管控高风险点， 确保按时上线；

Since July 2007 until the present, I worked in SNDA for more than 2 years which is the most important time in my career. In addition to the accumulation of expertise, for me the most important thing is the colleagues which to work with.In July 2007, I worked into SNDA; the main work is engaged in a standardization construction of the online games, and the completion to the web standards of online games official website (nearly 30 games website-building). The game's official website architecture, front code preparation, and complete the game's official website modular work, including a two navigation module, Carousel module, news module, image module, voting modules, etc., which have accumulated important criterion for the Arts Center of SNDA and the new people. So far, I will complete the 50% of SNDA’s games website's code on my own, the remaining 50% of the gaming sites are also on my running official website. If you are interested in it, you can through this website where the link to see what I do (www.sdo.com).In order to solve company-wide standardization of building, our team carried out various related training programs for in-house project team, I am responsible for the content of 50% of training, it contains jQuery, json such as the popularization of knowledge of javascript. Beginning in 2009, the company introduced nearly 20 new games in succession on the line, with the construction of the project team, I began to interview and look for front-end development engineers to improve the staffing of the project team.
