• Responsible for safety of demolishing process and separation contamination,• Made excavation schedules and controlled levels for pilings and capping beams,• Set out structural elements including: piles, capping beams, footings, pads, columns, edges, hobs and wet areas.• General Engineering supervision and management of all site works and infrastructure constructions. • Review the project submitting, documenting and coordinating with the designer on all required changes to construction drawings. • Make assurance to comply with drawings and specifications in terms of design and materials. • Assist the safety person to make sure all subcontractors perform the job safety. • Monitor and chase the material delivery on time, also schedule materials vertical and horizontal transportation. • Provide technical and other support to foreman, site manager and sub-contractors including liaison with consultants and site coordination with subcontractors to ensure that safely, time, cost and quality objectives are optimized.

• Simulate high rise building & large span structure projects via CorelDraw.• Simulate residential and commercial building via BERS & BASIX.• Prepare for wind tunnel testing -including reference testing, path testing, calibration testing and wind tunnel set up. • Conduct wind tunnel testing according to different terrain catagories. • Record testing data, analyse results and produce graphs and figures.• Prepare wind engineering reports, which include façade wind pressure study, structural loads study, building behaviour study, wind environment study and thermal comfort study.• Liaise with potential clients to build effective internal and external network, who are architects, engineers, developers, and real estate companies.• Arrange meetings with clients to do presentations of company services, potential project problems and past experiences in the field of wind engineering.• Conduct Windtech Annual Seminar for clients regarding sample projects, technological progress and company innovations.• Produce wind engineering services proposals for potential projects and prepare tendering.• Report industry's trends and needs to board of directors.

• Produce structural drawings using AutoCAD. • Liaise and deliver project information and drawings to Land Estate Company.• Develop roof section model for the expert panel.
