I am a UI/UX designer with a background in Communications, Marketing, and Business. I have worked over 10 years in the Retail and Supply Chain industry in global markets such as New York, London, Hong Kong, and China. My passion for visual design, coupled with my career dedicated to delivering the right product to customers, has shaped me into a strong and empathetic UI/UX designer.My start in the retail business gave me early exposure to working with product designers and taught me how to deliver the on-trend products to customers in a timely manner. My time in marketing was spent understanding the target audience and crafting campaigns to raise brand awareness and effectively promote products that led to high customer engagement. My position as the Communications and Creative lead on an innovation team helped me hone my design thinking, facilitation, storyboarding and graphic design skills.This interdisciplinary path has made me into a user-centric design leader who loves the challenge of translating business problems into well-made products and services.
