Over his career, Yan has regularly defended his analyses and conclusions for clients in highly regulated industries regarding treatment of complex accounting and financial compliance issues, financial modeling and financial forecasts, regulatory remediation and governance. Before co-founding Regulus Analytica Inc, Yan spent his career at prestigious CPA and consulting firms helping clients to resolve strategic issues and to transform business processes as well as practicing as an affiliate training under the nation’s leading experts in business valuation and forensic accounting.Yan earned his bachelor’s degree and Master's in Accounting degree from Pace University and has completed rigorous training under the auspices of National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) as well as pursuing further professional education in Advanced Valuation with NYU’s School of Continuing Professional Education. He is a CPA licensed in New York, Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Global Managerial Accountant and a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst professional.
