About Jane, Jinyan Yang

I stumbled into law school at the age of 17 (out of fear for mathematics as law students are exempted from advanced mathematics, though I was a science student "理科生" in high school). Almost another 17 years have passed, I've tried various jobs with law element, and realized maybe what I like the most is not the ring of light surrounding the "lawyer" title, but my observing and experimenting with how the law is practiced in real life - analyse, think of issues, curious and try to study the theory behind that, applying the theory to solve the issues using logical thinking. Fix the problem and result-oriented, that's what I admire the most.That being said, I'm a certified PRC lawyer and I dare say I have above average (if not above most others) knowledge in corporate, commercial, employment laws and retail business, now AI and legal technology.
