  Worked as an Appeals Officer in MOH where I handled Appeal cases for Home Recovery Programme by Covid-19 Patients by calling and assessing their home situations. Contributed significantly during multiple Covid-19 waves, especially in the surge from November 2020 to January 2021 and from July to August 2021 when covid cases were on the rise.Learnt to work and communicate with people from different departments to handle each case efficiently and professionally. I also learned to handle different types of people while maintaining professionalism and adapting well to sudden changes, as well as being able to think on the spot for solutions to sudden problems that arise. This job has also boosted my confidence in speaking through many phone calls that I make to my Covid-19 patients.With my proficiency in both English and Chinese, I was also able to manage cases that deal with Chinese speaking patients by conversing with them in Chinese.
