Our team worked on providing users with secure website browsing. Developed monitoring tools using Elastic and Grafana to allow for debugging and scalability, alongside writing unit tests for new features with Golang. Then configured infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible, using GlusterFS for bare-metal storage configuration on AWS.

Worked on the DevOps team, refactoring infrastructure, was able to reduced cloud overhead of certain components by 30%. Developed and tested new Kubernetes Operators to reconcile and manage services provided by Azure. Created new CI/CD pipelines, utilizing GitHub Actions and Harness CD to help with testing and deployment of new environments.

Part of the resiliency team. Providing solutions to customers for application container resiliency. Led the development of a new agent for Red Hat OpenShift to offer better disaster relief incase there were server downtime or storage failure.

Constructed Kubernetes cluster allowing high scalability, and achieving a cloud agnostic architecture. Created new REST API endpoints to communicate with the frontend, adding new features to the app. Improved database lookup time by up to 150% by reconfiguring models and proper indexes. Stress tested backend to be production ready for up to 60,000.

Launched 100’s of security scans and analyzations of TD Bank groups’ internal computers and servers, detecting new vulnerabilities within the TD Bank Group network. Developed automation scripts for co-workers, reducing their repetitive workloads, resulting in hours saved translating to $4000 in annual savings.
