Led the new business and practice for the Asian sponsorship and brand activation consultancy of the Lagardère Sports & Entertainment network (now SportFive), using sports to help brands connect with fans and consumers. Chief marketer for the WTA Finals event in Singapore from 2014-2018. Directly accountable for ticket sales and media promotion.Highlights:- Designed and implemented the Go-to-Market strategy for the museum from pre-opening.- Delivered record-setting attendance for 10 museum exhibitions in 18 months primarily through marketing partnerships, PR, word of mouth and community marketing initiatives.- Introduced ticketing analytics and dynamic pricing as well as early adoption of social media promotion in 2010.
