I'm a versatile digital journalist who is skilled in reporting, audience engagement, social strategy and copy editing. I'm deeply passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, and am a longtime member of the Asian American Journalists Association. I've been a Minnesota chapter board member, leading media diversity initiatives in the Twin Cities, for more than a decade, and served as a member of the newsroom diversity committee while at Minnesota Public Radio. Since the spring of 2021, I've served as a diversity fellow for the Hubbard School of Journalism and Mass Communication. I was a member of the 2022 Poynter Leadership Academy for Diversity in Media, along with the 2021-22 News Leaders Association's Emerging Leaders cohort, and am a 2003 Chips Quinn Scholar.
