Fifty-Five Group (FFG) is a Real estate Technology solutions and consulting company based in Sydney, Australia. We work on retail and commercial projects globally, developing tailor-made plans for our clients and helping them to deploy and deliver innovative solutions across their portfolios.

Responsibilities:• Reporting to the CTO, the role covered AU and NZ Portfolio assets (42). • Experience in strategy, planning, change management, vendor management, delivery and support.• Responsible for AU and NZ Technology budgets. $8m Opex and $20m Capex.• Management of 15 members of the team.• Stakeholder partnerships with internal departments (Design and construction, Operations, Facilities, Security, and Parking).Achievements• Built and successfully implemented internal Property Technology capability and team partnering with key internal stakeholders.• Developed and delivered an Asset Technology strategy and roadmap for Westfield AU and NZ portfolio.• Delivered Asset Technology strategy across new major development projects and existing capital upgrade projects leveraging established Technology standards, processes, and internal capability.• Successfully rolled out the first portfolio customer Wi-Fi/IBC agreement in partnership with Optus in AU and Vodafone in NZ.• Managed and facilitated a digital transformation program for the property development and design & construction teams around the capital approval process. Delivered and operated the new capital approval system (Appian), resulting in improved visibility, consistency, and overall productivity, i.e., quicker decisions to enable the business to operate efficiently.

• Reporting to the Finance Director, the role covered review, consolidation, and management of all Operational technologies across the Scentre Group portfolio.• Leadership of 5 members in the team.• Stakeholder management with internal departments (Design & Construction, Centre Management, Facilities, Security and Parking) and key Senior managers across the group.• Review and identification of simplification and commercial opportunities across the Scentre Group Asset portfolio (e.g. on-sell of utilities services, consolidation in Technical infrastructure).Achievements• Developed business case around Integrated Communications Network (ICN) by consolidating Technology duplication, leveraging vendors purchase power and change management with building services contractors. Reduced project costs by $250k per implementation, established Technology platform blueprint for future Westfield development projects.• Facilitated and supervised implementation of a new Contactor management (project value $1.1m). and Asset management system (project value of $3m). Reduced Centre management administration time by 5 weeks a year by digitizing safety inductions, incident reporting and key management.
