• Designated Subject Matter Expert for all Employee Relations cases in ES Shared Services Tier1. Navigate all type of ER cases including Managers seeking effective feedback coaching, employee dissatisfaction about role or management, or Performance Improvement Plan. Case intake Employee Relations questions and if necessary, escalate to the next ER team or Warmline, our employee advocacy program for Under Represented Group. • Lead the Case Driver Analysis Project (determined Top 10 type of cases in Employee Success) with the topic of Employment Verification finding common trend and gaps. Created list of optimizations and implement solutions to reduce the case volume whether that was update external resources, expanding FAQ lists, streamline global work process, educating internal team, or working with Employment Verification vendor (uConfirm) to ensure a seamless experience for employees. Utilized Salesforce in-house case management tool to locate common patterns and collect data.• Partnered with Salesforce Onboarding Program Manager to thoroughly harmonize Tableau Onboarding program for Canada and Latin America by providing employee satisfaction metrics, ticketing new hires details in IT system, and updating content materials relating to current stage of business e.g. Covid-19.• Have an advance level of industry knowledge to covey Salesforce Orientation for Canada and Latin America region covering Salesforce and Tableau Mission and Core Values, Benefit offerings, and demo in-house onboarding resources.• Record and track all employee interactions using in-house case management tool, Peopleforce. Responding to inquiries on all aspects of HR including global benefits, time off, compensation, immigration, Salesforce HR policies, initiate and create Job Changes such as Promotion, Manager Change, establish Supervisory Org, Cost Center Changes,Relocation, Compensation Change, etc. in Salesforce instance Workday.
