Tianyi has 10 years of experience in infrastructure planning, finance and development. She has a strong interest in the intersection of infrastructure and technology, from the physical and digital infrastructure assets that support and enable smarter cities, to the use of technologies in development of future-proof infrastructure. She is proficient in project finance, modeling and transaction management. Her experience includes advising clients in the US and the Asia Pacific region on capital and procurement structuring (including P3s), management and investment decision-making, as well as policy-making in the digital, transportation, telecommunications, social and water infrastructure sectors. Tianyi has worked across different phases of the infrastructure development life cycle, from conducting early-stage planning and feasibility analysis, to performing project-based due diligence, valuation and financial analysis, and to monitoring project implementation and operations.
