As an engineer at HTX, the Home Team Science and Technology Agency, I apply my mechanical engineering degree and knowledge graphs expertise to develop innovative solutions for the public safety and security sector. I work with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, researchers, and domain experts to design, prototype, and test cutting-edge technologies that enhance the capabilities and performance of the Home Team agencies.Prior to joining HTX, I was an executive project engineer at the Land Transport Authority (LTA) of Singapore, where I managed and coordinated multiple projects related to the planning, construction, and operation of the transport infrastructure and systems. I was responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and timeliness of the project deliverables, as well as negotiating and communicating with various stakeholders, such as contractors, consultants, and government agencies. I also contributed to the teaching and training of Chinese as a foreign language to LTA staff and partners, leveraging my fluency in both English and Chinese.
