Has a strong ability of the multiple site jobs of dynamic analysis and optimize ideas to improve working efficiency.⚫ Has a strong ability of analysis on risk of project and technical investment, in order to ensure maximize profits of company. Has a strong ability of contract management, customer communication skills and bearing strong pressure.Responsibilities：1. Work for IPM contracts with Petronas, BNI and PPLcovers coring, DST, cased hole test, VSP and stimulation etc. operation at Garraf, Block-12 & Block-8 in Iraq HTPH exploration projects; 2. Design the comprehensive drilling program & EOWR; 3. Analyze KPI and enhance the drilling performance. 4. Organize resources for pre-jobs and internal & external coordination; 5. Make contract with subcontractors for specified technical service; 6. Coordinate the relationship with Company and Clients. 7. Make kinds of international tenders; 8. Technical supports and coordinate with BP, PETRONAS and LUKOIL projects in Iraq

Responsibilities：1. Making design of directional drilling well, directional drilling and geosteering job with LWD/RSS, optimize drilling parameters and BHA, paper work and EOWR. 2. Implement of geosteering and improvement the rate of drilling in the reservoir with advanced LWD. 3. Successfully complete 2G/3G/4G etc. multiple branches wells，improve the latest technical smoothly. 4. Cooperating, organizing and coordinating the field operations with IOOC in Iran Persian Gulf offshore; 5. Managing the team members, tools and data quality;6. Ensure team staff strictly enforce company rules and regulations, the smooth directional well of the work.
