1. Manage 3rd party warehouse and transportation vendor to operate with high efficiency according to standard working procedures. Such as ensure delivery on time and receipt signature, monitoring goods returns and destroy, Logistics KPI monitor & reporting, analysis for improve storage opportunity.2. Process ERP system transactions for delivery, inventory transfer, etc. to ensure the accuracy on both system and physical material data.3. Optimize cost structure with 3rd party warehouse and transportation vendor for cost saving.4. Manage vendor’s contract(warehouse vendor, transportation vendor, returns destroy supplier, security company).5. Guide and monitor warehouse stock taking.6. Take timely corresponding actions for emergency relate to logistics and warehouse.7. Support to audit the 3rd party warehouse and transportation vendor qualification with the request of company policy.

1.Track and manage assets throughout hardware asset life cycle, which includes maintaining an accurate hardware inventory on behalf of commercial customer accounts. Maintain stability and integrity of the baseline asset records for all track-able assets in the asset database in a timely manner.2.Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and retention of reports, measurements and documentation to contribute to audit readiness of accounts3.Maintain the financial asset repository which includes administration of depreciation information, asset end of use/life management and disposal.4.Manage IBM’s hardware asset disposal process which is triggered by a disposal request from an IBM employee. Arrange pick up into the designated warehouse and perform reconciliation activities associated with the reconciliation between assets requested for disposal and those received into the warehouse.5.Responsible for managing the baselines associated with hardware assets under maintenance contract, which include communicating with account team, maintenance contract expiry dates to facilitate the pro active management of maintenance contracts.6.Facilitate the annual Physical Inventory Taking (PIT) for IBM owned assets as required, include ensuring the pre-PIT activities carried out through the year, coordination of the PIT during review, and supporting IBM employees manage their assets through the Asset Financial and Management Services help desk.

Help primary school students to improve their performance in English during the Entrance Exam to High School. My role includes having an SWOT analysis on every student and then develop and implement a unique teaching plan for each of them. During the process have established a profound relationship with my students, both as a teacher and a close friend. It's a beautiful experience.
