Design and control of continuous crystallization, continuous wet milling and continuous filtration systems using experimental and modelling techniques- Applied continuous wet milling upstream and downstream with continuous crystallization for in situ seed generation and size reduction using PAT tools.- Developed and implemented automated direct nucleation control approach to control crystal size distribution in continuous crystallization and continuous wet milling processes using PAT tools.- Investigated a novel continuous filtration unit and integrated it with continuous crystallization using PAT tools.- Modeled continuous combined cooling/antisolvent crystallization for control of crystal size and yield using PBM.- Developed nonlinear model predictive control and decentralized PID control for continuous crystallization systems.Teaching experience:1.
