As a recent graduate from New York University, with a master degree in Real Estate Science, I have undertaken several internships within leading organizations such as Soufun Holdings. These placements have enabled me to develop not only specific real estate industry experience, but also a valuable and transferable skill set in this fast-paced sector.During placement with Soufun Holdings, I worked in the finance division contributing to projects – such as the reconstruction of 72 Wall Street Property– and managed my own research, liaised with various divisions, formulated financial reports and participated in group project meetings. Utilizing excellent communication skills, I developed and maintained successful working relationships with both internal and external staff.My career goal is to extend my knowledge in real estate finance and get some professional working experience in this field in New York City. I'm looking to secure a position in a real estate or Education organization, where I can bring immediate and strategic value and develop current skill-set further. Moreover, in the future, I hope to continue contribute to Chinese-American cultural communication.
