I‘m a graduate student at the University of Florida, actively searching for an internship in civil/ building construction or project management area.My major in college was international project management and my major in graduate school is civil engineering. During my school time. I have spent six years acquiring knowledge from areas of both project management and civil / building engineering. I have got a GPA of 3.85 in courses like civil engineering, planning and scheduling, heavy equipment, sustainable infrastructure, advanced estimating and engineering leadership. The experience of class monitor in college provides me not only the organizing ability and interpersonal skill but also the understanding and capability of multi-tasking. My documenter internship experience in a highway construction company gives me both field and office knowledge of how to assist on a project. And more importantly, what I have learned is in actual field or office working, many special methods or ways of thinking are used to accelerate the project. I believe that’s also something new I can bring to my work in the future.I believe except the right skill and knowledge, the most important qualification one must possess in his career is the sense of responsibility. I hope I can start my career soon with my knowledge, experience and devoted mind.
