As a Senior Consultant in the Financial Services Practice at KPMG Shanghai, I focus on delivering strategic planning, financial risk management, operational optimization, and governance solutions that enable financial institutions to achieve their goals. I streamlined the disclosure process by designing and implementing tailored technical solutions, organizational frameworks, and system support. This led to the automation of 38 out of 51 required reports, significantly increasing reporting efficiency and reducing manpower costs.
