Over the course of 3 years, I led ProjectKIT to raise over SGD$250,000 and impact 1,000,000+ people (2013 - 2015) in Singapore through events such as concerts, online sales, street sales, and weekly service with the intellectually disabled from a Citibank seed fund of SGD$1,600. I managed up to 2,000 student volunteers from various schools across Singapore. ProjectKIT also used the funds we raised to revitalize an arts program for people with intellectual disabilities and assisted their integration back into society. ProjectKIT was Awarded Best Team Award (2013 — 2014) and Promising Entrepreneur Award (2015) in the Citibank-YMCA Youth for Causes Competition. ProjectKIT was also awarded 1st Place (2014) in the National Future Problem Solving Programme International, Community Problem Solving Competition (FPSPI, CmPS) and 3rd Place (2015) in the International FPSPI, CmPS held at Iowa State University.
