Held various positions in the ten years I was at CAE such as Production Director in sheet metal fabrication, precision assembly and hydraulics. I was also an Engineering Manager for civil and military products. I was part of a selected group to design a new generation of flight simulator. I was also chosen as a leader of the future to re-shape the company in a more effective fashion. One of my key achievement was to establish a functional worldwide governance system for Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and Export Control that significantly improve the inner working of the company.

Worked in the Automotive industry for about 5 years holding various positions. Managed unionized and non-unionized employees. In charge of production, quality, budget and schedule. Introduced a total quality system at General Motors and trained more that 500 employees. Participated in the construction of the new Kenworth plant in Montreal from the ground up including the plant start-up.
