As VP of Sales and Marketing at Pyxis, I oversee the brand strategies and client acquisition efforts for Pyxis’s two business units, Done and Doceo, along with the Blue Memento product suite. My role involves a mix of high-level strategic leadership and hands-on execution in sales, marketing, and client relationship management. Key responsibilities include:- Marketing Strategy and Execution: Directed a team in implementing targeted digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing), managed budgets, and coordinated event participation to increase brand awareness and drive inbound leads.- Client Acquisition & Retention: Developed and implemented client acquisition strategies, growing a portfolio of over 15 high-value clients and supporting additional smaller-scale projects with significant accounts.- Product Promotion Sales: Supported efforts to promote Blue Memento, a time-tracking SuiteApp integrated with NetSuite—expanding its adoption within the B2B market.- Brand Development and positioning: Advanced the rebranding of Pyxis’s software development division into Done Technologies Inc., differentiating it as a leader in manufacturing software solutions and overseeing brand repositioning.- Division Rebranding: Led the transition of Pyxis's Training division to Doceo, establishing a recognized brand in Agile and corporate training, increasing market visibility and expanding the client base.
