I work with an agile team (scrum) and enforce clear guidelines & processes. I am a "big picture" person, I like to explain what we do, why we do it, and why it's important. I seek to understand our customers by keeping a good contact with them – the features we deliver are only as good as they are relevant for the customer. I specialize in the aeronautical domain, in particular aircraft communications and ground systems.
