The team was able to reduce the annual write off of Stock in Transit documents from $240M to $180M, a $60M reduction.• Provided the necessary expertise to assist Naval Weapons System Support in ensuring that the Team Lead and their 26-person team was able to effectively implement, validate corrected defects and failed intermediate documents (IDOCS) to ensure that they were maintained at acceptable levels. Since May of 2013, the team was able to, through the use of Pareto analysis and resource management, to efficiently reduce the failed IDOCs backlog from over 37,000 to well under 500. (The workforce was also reduced from the previous contract from 37 to 27 personnel.) Utilized gamification techniques to empower personnel and achieve sustained reductions in defects and failed IDOCS. • Provided Project Management support to the Defense Logistics Agency’s J6P BidWiser contract to properly maintain and deliver on software and program development, the processing of Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR) for the Construction & Equipment commodities for Tents, Spec Ops, and Fire and Emergency Services.
