Recruiter
Current- Leading recruiting functions through all stages: ideation, sourcing, interviewing, hiring;- Establishing a strong rapport with hiring managers across multiple offices to develop arecruiting strategy to fill vacancies in a timely manner;- Guiding the hiring managers through the talent management process of needed;- Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers;- Attracting/sourcing candidates for open positions;- Managing offer process and negotiating offer package;- Recommending improvements to current recruitment processes to ensure streamlined,cost-effective services are being provided to the team;- Hold Onboarding meetings and guide newcomers during their trial period;- Participation in launch of a new ATS for Recruitment team - Greenhouse.
