I’m Yanina, a Biochemist graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry across both technical (hard) and human-centered (soft) areas. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a broad business perspective, collaborated with high-performance teams, and managed quality processes in compliance with ISO, GMP, and other industry standards.Certified as a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from the Graduate School of Engineering at Universidad Austral, I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Neuroscience at Tech University (Spain).After 15 years in technical roles within the pharmaceutical sector, I realized that organizations are built by people. This insight led me to shift my focus toward understanding human behavior and fostering personal and professional development. My passion for growth and my background in biochemistry, which helps me understand the biochemical processes behind emotions, drove me in this new direction.Today, I serve as Head of Talent, Culture, and Employee Experience, specializing in Change Management and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging). Additionally, I am an active mentor and collaborate with Fundación Flor to support the development of women leaders.I firmly believe that learning spaces drive personal transformation, which in turn fosters organizational growth.
