Working in the Traffic Department for a radio station is an extremely detail oriented job. As Continuity Coordinator, I make sure rotations of commercials, which could be 1 spot or 20 spots, and time restrictions, are all executed according to instructions. As Network/ Continuity Coordinator, my responsibility is managing commercial inventory for each day, by fitting various lengths into set breaks with limited units.Traffic is also a liason between the Sales Department and Production Department. Traffic ensures that the Sales Department meets Production deadlines.
