My journey in the XR industry began in 2017, when I first experienced one of the early Oculus developer kits. That initial encounter with the headset opened my eyes to the boundless potential of XR technology, not just in gaming, but across education and various other sectors. Inspired by these possibilities, I co-founded Rockhopper Studios in 2019, establishing it as one of Mexico’s pioneering VR studios. My latest venture, Immerrock, represents my continued commitment to pushing the frontiers of immersive experiences.Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for innovation, whether it’s developing cutting-edge VR solutions for major real estate companies or launching our VR rhythm game, Musical Range, on platforms such as Meta Horizon Store, Steam, and Pico XR. My work is fueled by a relentless pursuit of transforming how we interact with digital environments and enhancing the impact of immersive technologies in expanding human capabilities.My passion for bringing ambitious projects to life and building high-performance teams is a core part of who I am. A notable example of this is when I was just 20 years old and served as the president of my university’s cycling team. I led my team through rigorous training and successfully guided them to complete a challenging 100 km mountain biking race in the Coahuila desert. This experience reinforced my belief that with the right mindset, even a small, dedicated team can achieve remarkable feats.I am deeply interested in startups, business strategy, immersive experiences, music, nature, learn new things, read and travel. These passions drive my work and inspire me to continuously seek new opportunities for growth and innovation.
