Hi, this is Shinta.I have 13+ years of accumulated professional experience in corporate/business strategy, organizational transformation, finance and marketing fields; in various company sizes (from SMEs, to a SOE with billions dollar in annual sales, to a Series-B start-up); and in cross-industries (technology, luxury retail, real-estate, telecommunications, hospitality).I excel at wearing many hats and solving complex problems. The red thread among all my roles is the overlap of being a builder, a fixer, and a coach. I help entrepreneurs take care of the day-to-day business operations (e.g. developing new products, conducting M&A due diligence, company restructuring, annual budgeting), so they can focus on the longer-term horizon.Years before obtaining my MBA, I started as an author and a teacher. Naturally, analytical storytelling has always been my key strength.
