● After studying the Buddhist tradition for 1 month in Asia by travelling between Japan, Vietnam and Thailand, my wife and I have decided to share our passion for mindfulness meditation in a culturally rich natural outdoor setting of Montreal!● We developed a 2-hour mindfulness, trauma-informed history and mental health workshop grounded in neuroscientific and psychological research, with a focus on emotional well-being and stress management through meditation.
