My main project at Lidl Plus Bulgaria involved analysing the birthday coupon campaign aimed at enhancing customer loyalty. In addition to providing analysis and recommendations for the campaign, I was responsible for planning articles for future campaigns in the Lidl Plus digital app and analysing and presenting results from customer satisfaction surveys to stakeholders across the business. The internship at Lidl was engaging and fulfilling, offering numerous opportunities and resources. Over the course of these two months, I actively participated in full-day project management seminars and presentation skills workshops.

During my placement year with Amtico, I have delivered competitor research using secondary research methods and gained experience in primary research by working on the design, execution, and analysis of a customer satisfaction survey. Analysis of the survey involved cutting and slicing data to create tables and charts to deliver a holistic and detailed image for our businesswide stakeholders. Additionally, I volunteered to become e a part of the sustainability waste pillar, collaborating with members of other departments to discover solutions reducing packaging and was later nominated to become a sustainability ambassador. The role involved holding quarterly 30-minute presentations to twenty five members of the UK and European Marketing team to inform of sustainability progress.
