-Managed an experimental impact evaluation of the National Apprenticeship Programme (NAP), a Government of Ghana skills training programme, in partnership with researchers from UC Berkeley, Brown University, and The University of Virginia. -Worked closely with academics and Government of Ghana partners to ensure that the research questions and randomised design combined academic rigour with country-specific evidence, expertise, and policy relevance.-Assured quality at all stages of the evaluation, from project inception and research design to research ethics, instrument design, sampling, enumerator training, data collection, monitoring, and reporting.-Managed a US $1.3 million evaluation budget, ensured donor compliance, and completed regular financial and technical reports for 8 donors, including 3ie, USAID, The World Bank, MIT, The International Growth Centre (IGC), and the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR).-Led a team of 6 Research Associates and interns, and up to 80 enumerators.

Phnom Penh, Cambodia

-Advised the Research Team on appropriate methodologies, instrument design, sampling, statistical analysis, and reporting for a project investigating the impact of forced resettlement on urban poor communities. The research involved a particular focus on unemployment and economic inactivity, and included recommendations for restoring employment amongst affected communities.-Developed and implemented standardised quantitative measures, ensuring consistent indicators in instrument design, data analysis, data presentation, and reporting.-Worked with colleagues to develop and implement quality assurance processes in research question formation, research design, research ethics, and data collection procedures.-Analysed quantitative data using SPSS, created data visualisations, and wrote and edited research reports.
