Technical Support Engineer
Current* Investigating a variety of customer issues – front-end, back-end, and integration-related issues; understanding customers’ pain points, difficulties and failures.* Troubleshooting issues with external integration using Logs Tracking Systems and various API requests (RESTlet, SOAP, etc.) using Postman.* Solving technical and user-oriented issues on the spot or escalating them to Product and R&D teams via Jira ticketing system. Facilitating communication between end-users and developers to optimize app usability and functionality. * Prioritizing technical issue resolution based on customer value and impact on overall user experience. * Writing technical content and knowledge base articles.* Developing interanl tools in Python to facilitate internal procedures.
