I am a finishing doctoral researcher at the University of Cambridge within the Institute for Manfacturing, as a member of the Distributed Information and Automation Laboratory (DIAL) and the Supply Chain AI Laboratory (SCAIL). My thesis is on Scalable Autonomous Network Control using Minimally Informed Agents, specifically looking into methods to control for catastrophic endogenous risk using decentralised and distributed control architectures in complex infrastructural networks, with a focus on telecoms and supply chain financing systems. I functioned as the lab specialist in complex networks science, also participating as a member of the Next-Generational Convergent Digital Infrastructure (NG-CDI) Project in partnership with 5 universities and BT, focusing on autonomous risk management and resilience in telecoms.My work included writing and publishing papers, leading research projects in supply chain finance system modelling within interdisciplinary and international research teams, providing supervision to undergraduate students in applied probability, and presenting and publishing work at international conferences, academic institutions, and private firms.I have covered topics of infrastructural resilience, viability, feasibility, autonomy, risk mitigation, network risk quantification, designed as practitioner friendly frameworks and methods through in depth literature review and direct practitioner input, or as economically and financially driven models, designed for generalisability.As part of my membership of SCAIL, DIAL, and NG-CDI I would deliver semi-regular presentations on my work to labmates, in SCAIL also regular updates on milestones in PhD and publication progress, as well as report on deliverables to wider NG-CDI funding bodies. I would help host conferences and guest researchers as invited or representing my labs, including NG-CDI plenaries and the WTO, for example, building inter and extra departmental links with research bodies.

EnterpriseTECH is a programme with lectures, workshops, supervisions and a team project focusing on the potential commercialisation of an early-stage or emerging technology. It teaches subject-relevant entrepreneurial skills to students and researchers from all backgrounds across the University of Cambridge and other institutions.I served within an interdisciplinary team to deliver a commercial feasibility report and pitch presentation on a local Cambridge startup, while also providing advisory consultancy to the startup on methods to improve valuation.The course also involved intensive education on business analytics and entrepreneurial innovation.

Attended the CRoSS Social Science innovation ideation incubator with Cambridge Enterprise where I developed on direction and application methods for my startup in venture team composition.

Cycled through data analytics, quantitative research, and investment analysis.For data analytics, I did data acquisition automation, cleansing, munging, and analytics upon large many sourced datasets. For quantitative research, I investigated proprietary company peer-to-peer supply chain finance networks datasets. I produced whitepapers on systemic market risk and reviews of the sector, network UI interfaces and data analytics pipelines, and I applied machine learning and network theory into analytics and forecasting. Also supported stress testing and financial and mathematical reports written by the team.Worked in Python in an Agile environment - pandas, selenium, numpy, scipy, scikitlearn, and internal library, which I helped develop.For investment analysis, I conducted and wrote risk and portfolio analyses for real structured investments. Two major deals. I graduated this course with Distinction, awarded Best Student.An MSc focusing on the intersection of practical sciences, engineering, and mathematics. Topics taught include AI Theory, Uncertainty Theory, Internet Economics and Financial Technology, Bio-Inspired AI, Stochastic and Delay Calculus, Dynamic Network Theory.My thesis looked at the self-sorting behaviours of the Adaptive Voter model, at the frontier of both PDE Theory and Complex Network theory. The literature review was described as the clearest account of moment expansions and generating function techniques for networks the reviewer had ever seen.Also completed a group project for Royal Mail, optimising the NDC. We were free to achieve this in any manner, and after extensive supply chain and cross docking research, I developed a new model of docking behaviour, and we optimised the dock door structure.
