- Built, developed, and managed a centralized UX research team to support research projects for multiple cross-functional teams and multiple IT products that serve customers in 20+ international markets. Oversaw all UX research projects to ensure quality of research deliverables.- Built and developed a research toolbox for USANA based on business strategy and team setup, which includes various quantitative & qualitative research methods, research repositories for knowledge sharing, monthly user panels for collecting user feedback on regular basis, a voice of customer tool to collect customer feedback online, digital analytics tools to track product data, marketing data, and online customer experience data, research guide & checklists for research operations, and other research resources.
