As a member of the Techstars screening committee, I help identify high-potential startups for one of the leading global platforms supporting early-stage entrepreneurs. Techstars has backed over 2,900 companies with a combined market cap of $71 billion USD. I provide strategic guidance on scaling, fundraising, and growth, evaluating the top 24-30 companies each batch across sectors like AI infrastructure, B2B SaaS, and Deeptech. This process plays a critical role in shaping the next cohort and positioning companies for long-term success.

At the Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies (SEED), housed at the Graduate School of Business, I support Founders and CEOs of beneficiary companies worldwide. Through the SEED Transformation Program, I assist in fundraising, international expansion, executive coaching, talent management, and corporate structuring. Since its inception, SEED participants have achieved over $172 million in revenue growth, raised more than $224 million in capital, and positively impacted 186,536 household members through job creation, both directly and indirectly.

Led RHT Holding's Mainland Africa business expansion, overseeing the $200M+ Mass Transit Bus System project in Uganda, which included the deployment of over 3,000 buses. Spearheaded strategic smart mobility initiatives across the continent, including drone health delivery partnerships with government entities, driving innovation in healthcare logistics and transportation.

Initiated and led N-Frnds' expansion into Rwanda as its Africa HQ, establishing a strong foundation that enabled the platform to scale into larger markets such as Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. Managed key relationships with strategic partners, including banks, government entities, funders, and international development organizations. Led the initiation and securing of over $1 million in projects, ranging from agriculture value chain digitization and farmer financing to eGovernment services in Rwanda.

Led the successful integration of IremboGov with key government registries and launched the platform to streamline access to public services. Built and scaled Marketing, Sales, Distribution, Training, and Customer Support teams, supporting 12 million citizens and government officials through a network of 2,000+ agents. Managed partnerships with institutions like the Rwanda National Police, Rwanda Migration Office, and Ministry of Agriculture to drive nationwide adoption.

Led the launch of Rocket's online marketplace Kaymu (now Jumia Market) in Rwanda, driving significant growth in the e-commerce sector. Recruited and managed a team of 24, scaling the platform to thousands of sellers and hundreds of daily transactions within six months. Held full P&L responsibility, overseeing operational performance and profitability.

Provided consultancy services in Penetration Testing and Defensive Solutions, assisting institutions in strengthening their cybersecurity posture. Led efforts to recruit and train top-tier cybersecurity experts, ensuring organizations built robust, in-house expertise to safeguard their systems.

Directed the technical operations of the Broadband Wireless (WiMAX 16e) system, encompassing Radio Access Network, Core Network, and Customer Premises Equipment. Led the development and management of a high-impact sales team. Drove R&D efforts for TD-LTE network implementation, reporting directly to the Group Chief Technology Officer, and providing strategic oversight to ensure alignment with company objectives.
