About Lim Yan Li
I was an event manager with close to 3 years of experience. This position has provided me with the opportunity to manage multiple events, budgets, deadlines, schedules, and programs for a very diverse demographic.Until recently, I have been closely assisting our in house event, the World Bachata Festival for 2 consecutive years since 2015.I had 1.5 years of experience as HR & Admin personnel in Automotive manufacturing sector. I was in the HR operational role for this company. This has provided me a platform to experience the importance of HR for the functional of an organization and dealing with all the personnel in the company hierarchy. It was very fortunate to be able to get involved with several company audit process and ISO related audits.I am a fast learner which is teachable and trainable for new responsibilities so that I am capable to cope up with the work progress while adapting to new environment. I am a dedicated and passion personnel and willingly to do more than is expected for an organization to strive for a greater success and better improvement. I graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia and have a Bachelor Degree in Aquaculture with First Class Honor.
