Head of Metabolomics, Lipidomics and Steroidomics core facility, in Nantes.I have an agronomy background (French equivalent to a Master degree in Agronomy) with a working experience of 3 year in Brittany. In November 2006, I have started my PhD research project on the “Diversity of the volatile terpenic compounds within the genus Lavandula”. For that project I had to deal with metabolomics and molecular biology. From my PhD to my actual position. I have raised my skills in bioinformatics data treatment of metabolomic experiments (GC-MS or HPLC-MS based). I am specialist of R, especially of XCMS and CAMERA among other metabolomic packages, I have also a good knowledge of MS manufacturers software’s (Thermo, Agilent, Waters and Shimadzu mainly). For my bioinformatics tools I am using R, Perl and Excel VBA. Research interests I am especially in charge of the automatisation of mass spectrometry data treatment workflows and dereplication strategies. I am also in charge of the development of several R scripts and packages dedicated to MSn data treatment.
