Description of the job:In the energy market, my main mission was to solve a quality problem. For making some batteries, the company had to weld some pods. The welding was not satisfactory. I identified that the welding machined could be set up bitterly.I identified my key parameters and did lot of tests with a Taguchi Method to find the best settings. The Result was outstanding. Before pods broke when we pulled with a mass force of 5 Kg. With that settings we were able to break at 20 Kg. To set up the welding machine only 1 Hour is required.I wrote standard documentations about my method of finding best settings. I was sent in Tunisia where the main factory is, to teach operator and technicians how to use my method.

Description of the job:My mission was to reduce vibration in composite material using flax fibers. I identified according to different research documents what was my key parameters: Position of flax fibers (outside / in the middle), Coated with nanocarbon tube (Yes / No), Angle of flax fiber layers (0° / 45°) and Number of flax fiber layers.I manage my test by myself to run it: ordering material, sensors and making this composite. "Le Froid" is part of the food industry. They have 2 main activities: brewery and soda production. They deliver their products to french islands around New Caledonia.Description of the job:In the quality department I helped them to deal with quality data after internal auditing. The main problem they faced was: too much data plus some people were not following and updating their corrective actions.We analysed on the field reasons for them to not use the Excel Sheet with all corrective actions: In the end they said it was not practical and impossible to be more than 2 at the same time on one Excel sheet. Thus it was timeless to them to tell their advancement is doing their corrective action.I implemented an internal quality site with all that data thanks to "Sharepoint" to help everybody to visualize more clearly these pieces of information. Sharepoint permits for more than one person at a time to update their advancement. As "Sharepoint" is very effective and collaborative site, it was decided to have that site as the main quality site.
