EWABI is an Earth Corporation (E-CORP) whose mission is to lower the ecological and economic cost of mobility and transportation. The social enterprise builds bamboo and electric bamboo bikes by hand in Bali, Indonesia. They also run workshops to teach people how to build their own bamboo bikes. Further to its success, Ewabi needs to move from custom bikes to mass produced bikes. I use my background from the bicycle industry to help to :- define a range and specs- define the suppliers strategy- make a business plan- develop new frames- improve the global process
