Field Technical Representative is responsible to provide 24/7 assistance to Dassault Falcon's customers based on their needs in term of Maintenance and Engineering, Flight Operations, as well as guidance for troubleshooting and maintenance activities to ensure and improve Dassault Falcon fleet reliability, availability and efficiency.

For AOG purpose:- To be the first line of contact with the customer for all technical aspects- To be familiar with and execute the entire AOG Response process- To coordinate with Worldwide Technical Front Line team to resolve issues in a timely manner- To troubleshoot, analyze and recommend corrective action for aircraft discrepancies when requested, within the established response time goals- To assist customers in obtaining necessary parts from our spares Dpt to satisfy technical needs.For Daily purpose:- Provide support for escalated issues and work with the functional groups to strategize solutions for issue resolution.- Thoroughly investigate and maintain a global view of the customer support experience- Manage and coordinate the responses to customer queries from appropriate management focals within Dassault Aviation.- Facilitate communication between the customer and Dassault's internal partners to ensure customer satisfaction drivers are addressed.- Review technical material and/or manuals to make recommendations when necessary for revisions- Suggest methods on product improvement in a manner designed to promote safety, aircraft performance or reduced cost of operation- Submit owner information changes if advised- Be familiar with various electronic media for maintenance manuals, and tools.
