As a European Key Account Manager, I managed the day to day relationship with key clients such as Mobile Operators, OEMS, Appstores, Social Networks and Brands. My main responsibilities included all external communication with existing clients, coordination of the internal development and marketing teams with corresponding client departments (messaging, marketing, portal management and device dept) to ensure smooth deployment of our product and proper retail management service. The latter includes planning and coordination of marketing activities and catalogue content updates as well as content localization processes. Subsequently I was also in charge of finding local designers, translators, copywriters, and source potential local licenses.Another of my key tasks was to project manage the roll out of our ecards service with new clients captured by our business development team under my territories, coordinating technical, marketing and product departments from both sides.
