Challenge: continuous operation.- Brownfield integration of Ultra-filtration trains in existing Wastewater Treatment Plant, doubling the tertiary treatment capacity. Challenge: First-of-a-kind / pilot project, sponsorship, business case volatility.- Brownfield rehabiliation (mechanical & electrial) and Greenfield development of Sewerage Pumping Stations up to 430L/s, together with associated pressure mains. Challenge: business case volatility.- Brownfield Water Filtration Plant (12ML/d) capacity augmentation & resilience improvement. Achievements:• Implemented recovery plan to debottleneck the completion activities, improve quality control and prevent scope creep, resulting in increasing the defect screening rate to 100% while reducing the processing time by a factor 4.
