EY-Parthenon is the global team focused on Corporate Strategy and Private Equity deals, within EY. It specializes in designing and implementing successful strategies, supporting transactions and operational excellence programs. The team is present in more than 30 offices with 1600 consultants. I contributed to several projects:- Developing a diversification strategic plan for a major industrial player (3 months)- Analyzing the trends affecting the payment and transport industries for a Test & Certification player- Writing a white book on the VivaTech event to position the EY Consulting brand- Creating commercial proposals in diverse sectors (aeronautics, retail, healthcare)

JADE is the European Confederation of Junior Enterprises, gathering over 26,000 Junior Entrepreneurs in Europe who work in 300 universities in 14 countries. A Junior Enterprise (JE) is a non-profit organization, managed exclusively by students of higher education, which provides services for companies under the guidance of teachers and professionals. This enables students to develop their entrepreneurial skills and put into practice what they learn at University. As elected JADE President, I was leading a multicultural team of 25 volunteers and was in charge of several activities: - Translate the 3-year strategy into an annual action plan. 80% of projects were successfully implemented and we received a 73% satisfaction rate from the General Assembly - Oversee and support our 14 national entities, gathering their inputs for the strategy of the network (bottom-up approach) - To accelerate growth and the exchange of best practices, I conducted 8 strategy consulting missions for our National entities with a custom-made methodology that I built with the support of the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management)- In order to drive performance and ensure compliance, I reviewed the methodology and worked on the implementation of a common audit program for our 300 Junior Enterprises in 14 countries- To fight youth unemployment, I took part in several expert groups of the European Commission where I developed recommendations on the EU entrepreneurship and education policies and presented those in front of 2 EU Commissioners and the Europe CEOs of IBM, Accenture, Huawei et Engie- Manage several IT projects including an IT systems review, the implementation of a Knowledge Management system, the creation of an ERP-CRM template for JEs, the development of a network platform and a migration from Dropbox to GDrive

I was part of a startup creation in the Mazars'Lab, an open innovation initiative of Mazars in order to collaborate with startups and create value for its client base.I was in charge of:- Helping the COO in managing the launch of the startup and coordinating the team (4 people, I recruited one new team member)- Assisting the CEO in developing commercialization and communication strategies- Defining user and data flows for an optimized user experience- Developing the product back-end (OAuth2 implementation)- Developing the product front-end (WordPress and adapting plugins)The startup then created is www.fabereo.com With FaberEo, the "Digital Office of SMEs", all processes can be digitalized and integrated into one simple tool: invoicing, inventory, legal, banking, accounting...

Centrale Nantes Etudes is the Young Management Consulting Firm ('J.E.') of Ecole Centrale de Nantes. It was part of the top 30 Junior-Entreprises ® in France. What I accomplished and learned: - Team leadership (25 members)- Project management and Teamwork (Projects with up to 70 members involved) - Develop new partnerships to create new services and exchange knowledge (3 new corporate partners and 8 new J.E.s partners)- Establish a new strategy to drive growth and monitor it monthly with the Board, take corrective action when needed (doubled revenue from 20k€ to 40k€)- Audit and improve internal processes. Define KPIs to monitor growth and continuous improvement - Validate the annual legal and financial audits conducted by the National Confederation (CNJE)I also had the opportunity of being the Project Manager on a challenging project: the 2015 JADE October Meeting.It was a unique convention that brought together 450 Junior-Entrepreneurs from 12 countries in order to exchange best practices and attend training sessions and conferences by EY, Total, BNP Paribas and Alten.As Project Leader, I was in charge of: - Negotiating contracts for venues, catering, partnerships, etc (6 suppliers and 3 hotels, 4 partners)- Managing the event budget (20 k€)- Dividing up tasks and monitoring the progress (6 months planning)- Relations with the European and French J.E. Confederations as key stakeholders(JADE and CNJE)- Managing the four J.E.s teams working together on the project (70 people in total)

OCSiAl is a global nanotechnology company. I worked from the European Headquarters in London with a team of 10 spread across several countries in Europe. In order to improve sales and financial results tracking for the CEO, I worked on creating automatic weekly KPIs dashboards and enabled to save 20% of time spent on daily processes in the ERP-CRM Netsuite by redesigning them.What I learned: - Work and quickly adapt to an international team - Set KPIs and automatic visualization on Netsuite Dashboard- Analyze and optimize processes from a business and information systems perspective- Create activity and financial reports
